Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
We make every effort to display our jewelry accurately, but colors and finish may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
Prices and product availability may change without notice. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or was listed at an incorrect price; any advance payment for a cancelled order will be refunded in full.

Orders

We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.
We may refuse or cancel any order that appears fraudulent or has incomplete details.

Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Advance-payment orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Jewelry Care

To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid contact with water, perfume and chemicals, and store each piece in its pouch when not in use. Tarnishing caused by improper care is not covered as a defect.
