How it works
- Before dispatch: you can change your order (item, size, colour, address or phone number) or cancel it free of charge. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours.
- Have your order number ready (for example #1001). You will find it in your order confirmation email.
- Cash on Delivery: nothing has been paid, so there is nothing to refund.
- Bank transfer / JazzCash / Easypaisa: we refund the full amount to the same account.
- Already dispatched? The order can no longer be cancelled. Please contact us and we will help you.
