Shipping Policy

FAISANE delivers nationwide through our courier partner. Every order is checked and securely packed before dispatch.

Delivery Time

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days after confirmation.
Delivery usually takes 4-5 working days after dispatch. Remote areas may take a little longer.
Delays can happen on public holidays, in bad weather or due to courier issues outside our control.

Delivery Charges

Orders under Rs 5,000: Rs 300 delivery charge.
Orders of Rs 5,000 or more: Free delivery.

Payment

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide.
Advance payment by bank transfer / JazzCash / Easypaisa is also accepted. Advance-payment orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order before dispatch. Once your parcel is booked, we share the tracking number with you on WhatsApp or by email.

Address & Delivery Attempts

Please give a complete address and an active phone number. If the courier cannot reach you or the parcel is refused, it is returned to us. Please see our Refund Policy for refused COD orders.
